All mediven, CEP, and circaid compression products are backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If during the first 30 days after purchase the product is considered not acceptable (starting date being the date of purchase), we will replace the product at no cost to you, or issue you a full refund.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All products are warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is only valid if the instructions for care are followed properly and it does not cover normal wear and tear, abnormal care and use, or where it can be shown the application instructions have not been followed correctly. This includes alterations where applicable.
